Your Hosts

Greg Ryan
The big fella…
Greg hails from Dublin and heads up the fetal program at Mount Sinai, University of Toronto and the Ontario Fetal Centre. He trained in Dublin, and at
various centres in Canada and the UK.
He became hooked into IFMSS when he went skiing at the Whistler meeting in 1993, and it's been downhill ever since...

Mary Nolan
The [p]arty one…
According to Greg, I’m a ‘bohemian artist’, but this doesn’t cover all the other hats I’ve worn in my professional life. For IFMSS 2020, I’m putting on my admin hat, as the representative on the ground, my tourism hat, to answer any questions you may have about Ireland, and my creative hat, in developing what I hope will be an interesting and fun social programme.

Elizabeth Gan
The boss lady...
Elizabeth (Liz) Gan came to work at Mount Sinai Hospital sixteen years ago and by partnering with a host of different physicians she has helped to develop the Dept. of Obstetrics & Gynaecology postgraduate education program.

Rory Windrim
The music man (& in his spare time, MFM …)
Rory is another born and bred “Dub” who also transplanted to Canada quite a few years ago. Rory’s true passion is music. When not going to concerts or walking his red setter, he is a key member of the fetal medicine team at Mount Sinai. Rory has been the driving force behind the development of simulation-based education in fetal therapy.
